So I was lurking the for sale section and wondering why an extremely large number of sales are from NC. Why aren't there more SC sales? Are South Carolinians just happy with their guns...are North Carolinians NOT? Are there different rules in regards to sales? What is it?

I suspect there are MANY more members from NC than SC. No particular reason for that. We’re glad you found us and hope you’ll tell your SC friends.

Literacy rates.

A lot of our brethren in South Carolina can't read, much less use a computer.

Bless their hearts.
BAHAHAHAHA

I was born there and would move back in a heartbeat, but this is still hilarious.

:D 🤣 🤣👍

Just out of curiosity, which part would you move to?
Upstate. I lived in Taylors, and Mauldin, in Greenville County through all of the 80’s. Those are too close to town now, and the politics are probably like most metro areas these days, but anywhere in the upstate. It is truly God’s country in that part of the planet. I like being close to the mountains too.

When I moved to Wake county from Greenville County SC 32 years ago I had no idea housing prices would be 30% more here. I expect the greater Greenville area has closed some of that gap but you’d just have to shop the counties, east, west and north of there to find out. You are right at the foot of the mountains in those northwestern counties and they are much more rural.

I bought one of my guns from a guy in Greenville a few months ago. That place is deep, took me forever to get there from the base.

You-all should try livin' in the mountains.
We sit here and watch guns for sail, ammo for cell, and none of it where we live.
Well except for @Tim. He's like our general store where we go to buy guns, flour, and livestock.

Hell, some people show up here and never leave.

Hell, Charlotte metro (2.5 million) and the Triangle (2 million) alone come close to the population of SC.

Numbers from the Wikipedia.
