CFF Decal option added (due to popular request)

I wanted to start a new thread so this doesn't get lost in the current decal one. I had several requests to make the 3" round decal that's on the main logo with the forum name spelled out. Here it is! These like the other decals will ship at the same time as the shirts, before mid January.
