I think I might be picking up another bike from my neighbor. Don't really need a 5th bike but if the price is right why not.

It's a 2003 Road Star 1600 - 42k miles

I think I can get it cheap enough so not worried about that.

However, I did notice a few things: Carb is sticking so I think it needs to be gone through and completely cleaned.

Does anyone in the area or know of anyone in the area that does Carb work. I've done it on smaller motors and usually just buy a cheap replacment. However, I would like someone else to take on this one. Don't really want to take it to a big shop as I'd rather take it somewhere or have someone help me with it so we can get the jetting correct too.

Thanks in advance. Also not afraid of a little drive.
 
I use Ben's V-twins in Indian Trail. It's a bit of a hike for you but he's been at it for a loooong time.
 
Clocks Cycles in Dallas, NC. No web site, old school kind of guy. Definitely knows his way around a carb. Looks to be about 45 minutes from you.
