The Dixie Gun and Knife Classic is in Charlotte this weekend at The Park Conference Center off Independence Blvd. We try to never miss this one. Who else is going?
 
If you promise not to make me buy anything, I may come by. ;)

How large in size (how many vendors) does this Gun Show have? I have been to the Concord / Cabarrus show and the one at Asheboro. Both of those had 300 to 350 vendors so kind of on the small size compared to what I have been to in Los Angeles and Pittsburgh.
 
Gary, Cubrock can probably answer this better. However, I think I can safely say that this is one of the biggest shows in the area. This, Asheville, and Greensboro (twice a year) are the top 3. Not sure what order that they fall into.
 
I'll probably be there tomorrow. Think I'm going to take my S&W Lew Horton 25-14 for a walk and try to sell/trade it.
 
A friend and I will be there around 10 tomorrow.

This one will be around 700ish tables.

Yeah but here, you can actually BUY guns and leave with them. It makes the shows seem so much bigger! :)

Yes. I was able to buy in Pennsylvania on the spot also without the 10-day wait and one every 30-days that the People's Socialist Republic of Kalifornia had. My friend that went with me liked my Sig P938 that he saw / shot last year so much he purchased one today. He got a better deal on his than I did on mine back in PA. He now wants to look over the different carry options that I have before he purchases holster(s). I was looking for a high end 22LR target pistol like a Browning or something. Still looking. Maybe I need to put an ad in the sell or trade section here to sell or trade my LC9 with green Laser for a high end 22LR target pistol.

This is the first show in I don't know when that I did not buy ANYTHING, not even a cup f coffee or used AR mag.
Not crowded, I did see a MAS 45, I still want one of those, I kick my self thinking back to when I walked away from them at $135.
 
I'm taking a buncha computer science students from the local university to the show tomorrow. It'll be interesting.
