So the big white ball is an ovarian cyst/tumor. How narly is that thing! My wife had it removed today bigger than a baseball. Dr doesn't think it's anything to worry about but sent it on to pathology which I guess is normal.

This is SOP. Anything they cut off they send to pathology.

My wife had one about the same size they removed about 10 yrs ago.

Recovery was painful for a few days but thankfully all was benign. Hopefully you guys have the same result.

So far she seems ok. Sore for sure but oxy and gabapentin for the win.

Glad she is doing ok. Have her be careful with the oxy, it can lock your bowels up like concrete, causing more pain and problems. My son the pharmacist, recommended taking a stool softener or laxative with every opioid pill to prevent problems.

Yeah she was having really bad cramps.

I was wondering what drove her to check things out.
The best thing about being a man is you don't have women-plumbing.

Hope her recovery is speedy and the pathologist has good news. My wife will be having a growth removed on the 20th. It’s in the same location as a previous cancerous growth that required removing an ovary.

Dr report is good it was a tumor but is benign. Doctor said it's the first time in 20+ years he had ever seen such. Looked it up only 1-4 percent are this type of tumor and it took 2 weeks to get report.
