I bake these every year. My favorite Christmas goodies recipe from my aunt. Cheese, flour, butter, pecans, a little salt and cayenne pepper to taste. I like it hot. Anyway, it's the only thing I know how to bake and they are good.
I call them spicy cheese wafers. What are some of your favorites?IMG_20171223_100416805.jpg

Now that you have peeked the curiosity of the masses........How about a recipe bro?

We (mostly my wife) made two kinds of spiced/glazed nuts, two kinds of cookies (so far), and a fruitcake. She also made a pound cake that she gave as a present at work so I didn't get even a bite after smelling it baking all morning. The fruitcake has only been aging in brandy-soaked cloth for about two weeks, but I'm about ready to unveil it.

Wow, those look delicious! Recipe please.

I have baked 5 - 7 dozen each of 8 different cookie varieties and made 1.5 lbs each of 3 candies. Christmas dessert will be Dolce de Leche cheesecake.

Those look, and sound, tasty!

Recipe please.
