Thought to solicit input from any eyeglass wearers regarding recommendations of clip-ons for day and/or night driving (and, of course, shooting). My old pair is pretty worn out and I do not wear contacts.

after trying several types....just go super-cheap.
the expensive ones get lost just like the cheap ones.

Just go to America’s Best and get some prescription sunglasses. Pretty cheap for two pair. Probably under $150.

I have gone the dedicated Rx sunglasses in the past. Since I use progressives, there are no really inexpensive option: dedicated long distance sunglasses are fine for driving, but then I have to take them off for pumping gas or reading anything, entering a parking deck and so on. The 'clips on' flip up so I have just found them more convenient for my use.

I was just hoping someone here used them and had found a lightweight pair that work well.

Sam's has polarized clip-on's in about 15 - 20 different sizes and shapes. I have always found some that were a perfect fit for my regular glasses.
