Yeah, tree fiddy is about what an SKS is worth nowadays I guess. Comes with the bonus of removing the cosmoline.

Been considering ordering one since I got the email about them. My pop has a near pristine SKS he got years ago when they were stupid cheap, but we never really shoot it. Its been a long time since I worked the cosmoline out of a rifle, so been kinda jonesing to do so.

For those who do not know, odorless mineral spirits will dissolve the cosmoline without damaging the wood or the metal.

my dad used to use gasoline. Never hurt them either :D

From the "Questions":

Does this setup come with coronavirus or is that extra?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, it indeed comes covered with coronavirus-infested communist scum a.k.a. cosmoline. One or two?

I've used hot water and dawn dish detergent to remove cosmoline off ak bayonets. Not sure if that would hurt the wood but it works great

I almost posted a ? on their site asking if it was 4 for what $375? 20 years ago at the Raleigh gun show I could not give away a minty SKS. Finally sold it for $75. I think I paid $175. Was getting out of the AK/SKS and 7.62x39 arena. Had several AK/SKS guns and none of them were accurate. I guess they werent meant to be.
