Put this together last night. Not really much but it could help out in a pinch. I nearly always wear the Carharrt carpenter type pants and this fits nicely in the lower left pocket under the hammer loop. The tin is a Mentos Now package with the flip top. It's pretty small and it's pretty much stuffed.

EDC is so personal.
i've changed due to the times.
right now, i have 3 EDC's...
in my pocket, in my bag, and in my car.
top 5 in each:
1. pocket(s): ca$h, knife, cellphone, gun, and handkerchief/bandana.
2. bag: water, first aid, more money, walking shoes, and poncho.
3. car: even more water, shotgun, tarp, food, and rope.

I decided to add this to compliment my other stuff. I've always got a knife, light, multi tool, and pistol with me as well.

I started a thread on Altoids kits a while back, about a year ago.
Cool to see others doing similar. I'll try to update my post soon with my current one that resides, currently, in my car, but it's what I pop in my pocket when traveling to 'no-go' zones. Like museums etc that are going to have you empty pockets and scan - they always let it slide.

Might be reason enough for me to go back to my altoids tin....means I need to pare down my slightly larger box of stuff......

@BBD280 I love the idea of sealing medication in a straw! I just built a few IFAK’s and had to spend a few extra bucks to get packaged meds. Don’t know why I never thought of this.

Any details, tips/tricks to doing this?

I have never done it with a straw, but I have with those vacuum sealers.

The straws are easy, but don't use regular straws!! Go to Big Lots and get "milkshake straws". They are much larger in diameter and actually easier to seal. In sealing them find a pair of pliers that have close fitting jaws that are non serrated. Grab the straw about 1/16" from the cut end, apply moderate heat and then move the jaws of the pliers onto the heated portion and squeeze for a few seconds until it cools, VIOLA...

@Bailey Boat nailed it.

leatherman ps4 multi tool
some headache/pain medicine
wet wipes
a short shoestring (any cordage would be good)
my microstream light

fit nicely in the tin and popped it in the pocket for my time in DC last week
