Concord Mills

Concord Mills is just an obstacle to travel through that area now. Always sucks to drive through there. It's like they want to be Atlanta or something.

On the rare occasion I must go to a mall, I carry at least one extra mag and enter through a store that has no gun buster sign.
The only times I have gone to Concord was to kill time browsing in Bass Pro Shops while waiting to go pick up my son somewhere in Charlotte. Haven't even been to Charlotte since I went to get finger printed Global Entry. That was a couple years ago.

Wonder when they will have a substation inside? Perhaps the old Build A Bear store?

Was there Friday afternoon waiting for my daughter to get out of classes at UNCC,
everyone was nice to me, must be my short haircut I got the other day.

Who the hell still goes to the mall?

I do, when I must go I'm the first one in line. The store opens, I get what I need and leave. It's so early the thugs haven't even rolled over in bed yet. I hate shootin' thugs....

Same thing killed Eastland Mall.

And from what I've seen/heard North Lake is almost DOA.. Now let's start on Concord Mills.....

Police substation? Concord Police department already has one in the mall. They also bring in sheriff deputies on the weekend to help out.

Shouldn't the mall provide their own security? Why should public resources be used to help the mall owner and stores? Or do the businesses pay for the officer's overtime pay?

Speaking of Northlake this happened this morning. Not a rumor like with Concord Mills, and actual shooting. Check out those charges... ever seen anything more typical?

Yes that mall is dying and its a damn shame after they invested so much money into the area. Presence / enforcement dropped off sharply after Charlotte had those riots and its also used as a big drug drop-off site thanks to I-77 proximity.

The food court at Southpark has very nice scenery at lunchtime.

Yep my wife works across the street. Occasionally I’ll offer to meet her there for lunch. She actually thinks it’s because I want to have lunch with her ! [emoji41]

Bass pro shop. It's a magical wonder land of dead animals, bows, knifes fishing rods, traps that suck, guns and enough flannel to clothe Rosie O'Donald for the rest of her life. Who doesn' want that?

LITERALLY the only reason I ever go to Concord Mills.

But you can go to Bass Pro without ever stepping foot in the rest of the mall.
Swear to God, I didn' even realize there was a mall there when I was younger. When I got to the turnstall I wanted to run through the place like it was Disney world and still do most of the time.

You have 2 infinitely better options for Cajun food in the Charlotte area.

I was there yesterday. It's a great place to go if you just want to feel better about yourself. There was an absolutely staggering amount of white trash and ghetto trash. Amazing and depressing all at the same time.
