[Waterlogged]

We are going through all of the camping stuff my boys had when they were in scouts.
We are trying to put these damn cots together and I guess I am too weak to stretch the fabric over the frame?
Any helpful hints would be appreciated.
We are getting rid of what the boys don't want. I just want to make sure these are still good. Been in the attic for years.

It most likely has shrunk. You might be able to loosen it up by soaking it.

We only struggled with one so far.
I will hose them off and hang them up.

Should you stretch it when wet?

put the fabric in a clothes dryer with two wet towels.
wet, not dripping. turn the dryer on for about 5-6 minutes
on High Heat. take out and try to fit. if "no fit"...do it again.
