Anybody have experience with Crossbreed MT2? I tried 5-6 holsters with my MP Shield before landing on the Crossbreed MiniTuck several years ago. Looking for a new holster for my new P365 XL and ran across this one. It looks like it takes the adjustable retention of a Kydex and keeps the layer of leather for comfort. Curious if anyone has firsthand experience.

I have a few Crossbreeds that have been good. Comfortable and have held up well. I think mine are the Supertuck since they are for CZ PCR and P01.

I used to use the Crossbreed Supertuck's until I discovered the N82 (Nate Squared) professional model. Best EDC holster that I've ever used, by a long shot. Lifetime warranty too - which is a good thing when you crawl under farm tractors, etc and abuse your holster.

Is this the model you have to rotate the gun towards your body to get it to release?

I've had a n82 holster before, and they were really comfortable. I did not like that it required the gun to twist towards your body to draw.

Some of their models do not have the retention feature.

At first I didn't like it, but as I practiced with it and became used to it I'm now a big fan. With my previous holsers (w/o retention feature), if I was climbing under equipment invariably my pistol would come out of the holster. Not a good thing....

Yes, the Professional model has that feature. Many of their other holsters do not.

I found that after I started practicing with it, I really like the retention feature. Drawing is fast, and the retention only adds a fraction of a second to the draw time.

I wanted to try their product since they are an NC company, but they don’t like CZ’s. So I said piss on them. :D

It ain’t easy loving a Czech. :(

I have been a fan of crossbreed for a while now. Never tried the n82. I had an old supertuck that was made for a sw 6906. Every semi that i have owned since fits in that thing good enough to carry. I was shocked at how many dif guns i could fit in that one holster.

Same here. My first instinct is to put my thumb between the grip and my body so it rotates the gun the wrong way to release it from retention. But the N82 is the most comfortable holster I've ever had on.

So I bought a Crossbreed.
