Looks like they are putting the U-notch rear sight off the TCP on the rear, which is exactly what I did with my Valor last year. It works well.
Edit: I totally missed the new magwell

And no 9mm, and no blued. I had issues with both, so looks like they are sticking to what works.

Just what Is the end goal for 1911 makers and that Beaver Tail?? Are they trying to see who can make the Biggest one? This isn't an ad for Wilson but his latest offering is going the other way, finally. Watch the video with Hackathorn about the Wilson Hackathorn Special. He brings up this very point.

Here’s the earlier version. 2017 production I think. I lightened up the picture but it’s still dark. Sorry. I can’t tell that the beavetail has really changed.
