The Dead Air 3 lugs are perpetually out of stock. Saw on another forum that ECCO machine makes an adapter for the Ghost 45M to accept SiCo Alpha threading so I decided to give it a try. Turns out it works great! I still need to shoot it but everything threaded on super smooth and the seams are tight. Weight is about the same as a piston but it's a little bit shorter when mounted.
