Dec19/Jan20 Rimfire Challenge

I finally made it out to shoot. It has been a while. Started out kind of tough. After the first target. I stopped and thought about everything I was doing wrong. Shot some card stock to check on things. As I was shooting the first card stock an old timer walks by me and says breath. Shot second card two groups. Posted below also. Wow! What a difference. I love old timers! That's because I am one two :)

My normal setup:
Rifle: Anschutz 64 sbr
Scope: T-36
Ammo: Eley Target
Front rest: Caldwell Rock
Rear rest: sand squeeze bag (lg)
Weather: partially overcast 60 degrees.

Target one: Not Good 56

Finally target # 2. 106 First shot I screwed my breathing realized it and over corrected.

Thank you. It felt good to get back out and shoot precision stuff again. Had a lot going on the past six months and my shooting time was very limited. Will be back out Wed. and probably shoot some of the targets from the past few months. The only one I do not like it the dart board. No clue how to score it.
 
ECNC I think we all want to see the rifle it takes to get that high score! Some pics of that setup would be great.

Had a chance to shoot a past MARVIN target today. Wind was crazy. Blowing about 15 to 20. Target was all over the place (they hang on chicken wire).

Current setup picture. Will try this one again on a calm day. It was fun

Yeah. Maybe you should have shot this months target yesterday instead... That first day was just too calm. :)
 
We only get a few days a year with no wind. Normally wind is 10 or more. I was watching the skeet shooters yesterday and those clays were all over the place. It was nothing to see a clay go 4 feet off normal tracking.
 
Anyone that wants to post a score has til Friday to get it done! If there are no more targets it looks like ECNC will be our winner with his score of 106! Lets get those targets posted:)!

If no one beats it, please the next in line pick the target. I have no desire to pick one. Just enjoy shooting them.
 
I'm going to go ahead and say that ECNC was our big winner this month! Congratulations! As stated in his last post, he doesn't want to pick a target. If someone has a cool target that they have been wanting to try, now would be a great time to try it. Suggestions please!

I was looking earlier this week to see if I found something fun. What does anybody think about this one? Ignore the 25’ and rules. We could just use the 21 1/2” dots. We’d just need to determine a tiebreak method for when two of y’all shoot a perfect target. :D

Or any other suggested targets?

Looks good to me. If we have a tie, we could shoot a second target, but limit it to only 1 more target for a tie breaker.

Just went to the River Men web site. Some neat targets.
 
Just printed off 3 of the dice. Will be interesting to shoot these at 50 yards. Also printed off one of the "add to 25" targets.

ECNC, if your ok with BigWaylon's Dice target, we can go ahead and have him upload it, and post some rules.
