Currently in the market for dedicated .22 upper. CMMG has about a 6 month wait.

Yes! TacSol upper - full Aero lower.

Runs Thunderbolts without a hiccup. I know I have some 3,000rds throught - maybe more. Nary a hiccup, ever.

I've been googling a little and it seems like a lot of the 22 ar stuff is discontinued.

Yeah, that IS the downside. TacSol was da' bomb when I built mine in 2010. Nordic Systems came along made an even BETTER upper, as I understand it. BOTH of them are OUT of the .22 upper business now. If you could find some NOS on G-B or some such, snag it!

BlackDog mags make a difference, too.
