So...this is a forum and comments on for sale posts should be allowed as long as they are related to the post with no foul language and trash talking right?So I'm curious as to why my comments keep getting deleted just because someone doesn't want their precious forun cluttered with comments they don't think are necessary.If you don't like me fine....ESAD....but when i comment on my buddy's for sale ad and vouch for him and his gun AND reputation once,twice,or three times to help him out how about you mind your business,get a life,and read about how much normal people hate internet nazis and don't like to feel singled out while other people can comment back and forth all day and their comments NEVER get removed on other sale posts.If we can't comment on posts and you mods only want private messages sent back and forth it's not a forum,it's craigslist or facebook marketplace only with guns.Get pissed and delete me if you want but it won't hurt me,it will only hurt the forum because one day you won't have enough people to keep it active because of control freak mods.End of rant,have a nice day.
 
Yeah, they don't like BST commenting. Not enough to make BST posting available to only OP's, 'cause then one can't say "I'll take it"; and if one can't post in the thread, the current feedback system won't allow for feedback.
It is what it is.
Still a good forum. Sheesh.

Not my fault they're not up to date,i bet they won't delete comments that make them look good and how much space is wasted by ads marked sold that never get deleted and are still posted?Spend more time cleaning old crap out and less time deletimg new stuff.

SOLD ads don't get deleted. They are left on the forum for pricing research purposes.
 
Just for my own research, @Adam Hewlin how many of your 89 postings have to do with BST ads?

Except those have exactly the same limitations. Don't believe me? Go posting a for sale ad on any gun related Facebook page nowadays and see how fast they delete your membership.

Depends on what you mean by "it." This site certainly has forums where one can comment on posts (in some areas, vociferously so); the BST part/aspect of the site, however, has more extensive/delimiting restrictions. I don't quite understand why you find the need to paint the entire site with one brush. If you think that those restrictions have been unduly or unjustly applied to you in lieu of others, why not document the case and forward that on to the Admin?

I submit that you could be deleted without requiring rancor from anyone. And, somehow, I suspect that the forum will continue just fine without you.
