I always think 75% on Dillon. This assumes all parts that come with the press new, so for example a caliber conversion for the 650.

no conversion kit but has the roller handle strong mount and case feeder plus the extra priming assy (conversion kit $120 primer $117) using the xl750 for referance the 750 woyld be $1160 so lets go 70%-80% that would be % $750 -850 0r so
