Anyone have suggestions or a burn barrel to lend? Going to be clearing some brush and need somethung a little bigger than my decorative fire pit to burn. Thoughts on how to make one/get one for low to no cost?

I know of a place in Lexington that has barrels for 12 bucks, have dozens of them.
Not sure where youre located

@Love2shoot Lexington isn't far from me. You can pick one up next time you come over to shoot. ;)

Sounds awesome. Maybe I can make a run out there this week. 12 bucjs is a great price, is it just like a 55 drum or something?

Fyi in Hillsborough, thanks.

Yeah, a 55 gal drum

@Jeppo
the place Im talking about is on old 52, near Hayes Jewelers in Lexington.
Know where the Biscuitville is? Ok, its about 2 or three blocks from there, same side of the road, near the Sonic

Hard to miss - a bunch of steel drums and plastic barrels out front.
I'll go ahead and give you a heads up, the guy who runs it has diabetes, so he'll probably be in a recliner in the back and you'll have to do everything yourself...including getting his money sack from the desk. Dude doesnt have feet/parts of legs.
Just saying, it was a shock to me the first time.
Nice dude, good prices!

Please tell us you said, "Stand up Chuck".

Sounds like you need a large fire bowl! Two birds with one stone.
