Just replaced the factory cloth in our 6 month old Subaru. Katzkin black and charcoal two tone. Took me two days and a morning. One stiff back, two sore hands and lots of swearing. I'm pleased with the end results.

Very nice job! Were they factory leather replacements? I have reached an age and tote dogs around enough that I refuse to have fabric. Only leather interiors for me. Mud, blood and guts wipe off leather a lot easier.

Direct factory replacement. But I had to improvise in a couple of places because for some weird reasons, the Katzkin didn't have the exact same attachments as the factory.
They never do! We installed a lot of katzkin kits, along with a few other brands, and they never matched up with the factory stuff perfectly. Looks like you did a good job though! Did you use a steamer to help the process at all? Tough install in the colder weather!
