Nope, don't own any since all my current firearms are inanimate objects and incapable of hitting, striking, slapping or physically attacking on their own. However all my firearms that were Assault Weapons (Definition of assault weapon : any of various automatic or semiautomatic firearms(according Miriam-Webster)) were lost in a tragic canoeing accident during a previous hunting/fishing trip.

I only have small self defense weapons (Grocks) and target/competition guns.

I did but I crashed my car into the lake, they were all in there, and I was never heard from again.

I donā€™t have the cash to cover their 5-digit price tags much less the desire to pay the amount it cost to keep an assault rifle in ammo even with reloading. I also donā€™t really enjoy the waste of sending a pretty hefty amounts of lead down range which donā€™t find their target with some regularity. Now I do own some modern sporting rifles but they too can require more ammo than I like to send on a regular basis ... but their price tags were 1/10 an assault rifle and I didnā€™t have to fill out another NFA form and such.

I own two SBRs.
I own two AR15s.
I did not lose them boating, noone will 'buy them back' from me, noone will take them from me, nor will I turn them in to anyone.

I had a discussion with my rifles that the "A" in AR is not assault. so we are on the same page, I do not own any assault rifles.

Any rifle I have I can assault you with. So I guess that's a yes. And that's the same thing these assholes think. It's not just the scary AR and AK, eventually EVERYTHING will become an "assault" weapon.

I have a bunch of funny looking contraptions that convert granules of flammable powder into noise and heat at the push of a funny curved button. The metal cap on the granule container is expelled from the contraption, and usually tears a little round hole in a sheet of paper. The other part of the granule container gets flung into the grass, and I have to go find them if I want to put more bang powder inside.

Its the weirdest hobby, ever.

I don't own any, but I have bought a bunch by having my Uncle Sam steal money from me and buying them for his personal use.

I have never owned, been issued or otherwise used in any form or fashion an "assault" rifle. I have over the years owned and used a wide variety of rifles, shotguns, pistols aka side-arms, weapons, M16s, M4s, M203s, bullet launchers, lead slingers, commie elimination devices, etc...but never, ever, once did I or anyone in any organization I served with ever refer to any rifle or other bullet launching device as an "assault" rifle. Just sayin.

35+ years of getting paid by the Defense Finance & Accounting Service and I have never, ever heard the term "assault rifle" applied to the rifles/weapons in an Army arms room.

I wish I had bought them but did not. I had a fellow want to sell me an M2 Carbine and one of those German 9mm submachine guns that someone had brought back from Viet Nam. Both were completely legal and fully functional. I was just out of college and did not really want to spend several hundred dollars on a firearm that would be expensive to feed. I think they would have been a good investment.

I shot lots of select fire and full auto weapons during my time in the military and have no real desire for one.

The government doesn't need a list, we'll just put it out there for everyone to see.
When confiscation time comes, they'll get around to everybody eventually anyway. There's no hiding. The very fact that we're posting on this forum means we're already marked. And when they come, they're not gonna care about any boating accidents.

I only have freedom pill dispensers. Not sure what a salt rifle is, sounds like it would be rusty after a while.
cerakote passes the salt test pretty well in tests.

FWIW we all know what an 'assault-style' rifle is, it's the liberalspeak controlling the narrative.

The only way to combat this is to put as many people behind one as we can possibly do safely. That's what I have done with every young man in my family. Good luck disarming those guys. Half are military, the other half, well....lets just say
they're not very receptive to much in the way of authority.

No, Assault is an action, not an object, but due to circumstances, and ACTIONS, you can ASSAULT someone with a weapon
