DOJ dismisses Flynn case

The Justice Department on Thursday moved to drop its case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, in a stunning development that comes after internal memos were released raising serious questions about the nature of the investigation that led to Flynn’s late 2017 guilty plea of lying to the FBI.
The announcement came in a court filing, with the department saying it is dropping the case "after a considered review of all the facts and circumstances of this case, including newly discovered and disclosed information." The DOJ said it had concluded that Flynn's interview by the FBI was "untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI's counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn" and that the interview was "conducted without any legitimate investigative basis."
The federal judge overseeing the case would have to make the final determination to dismiss the case.
The retired Army lieutenant general for months has been trying to withdraw his plea, aided by a new attorney who has aggressively challenged the prosecution’s case and conduct. But the case has been plodding through the court system with no resolution ever since his original plea, even amid speculation about whether President Trump himself could extend a pardon.
 
Trump was alerted to the Trump Tower being included in surveillance by Retired Adm. Michael Rogers, Trump then moved out of NYC to his estate in NJ.
This entire FBI-DOJ cloak and dagger pony show was nothing less then a FULL BLOWN CONSPIRACY to remove a lawfully elected POTUS.
FBI used Mueller as the distraction while Comey, McCabe, Strzok and Page used Gestapo SS tactics to get Flynn, Manafort and Stone in purjury trap(s).
House member Schiff and Pelosi pushed to neuter AG Jeff Sessions and succeeded, paving the way for Rod Rosenstein to appoint Mueller to run the show, when in reality he was playing words with friends in his office for over two years while Weissman was the brains behind this CONSPIRACY.
 
Our criminal justice system is corrupt from the top to the bottom, from the street cop to the attorney general.

Flynn knew Steele was no good. He confronted Comey about his sources in a WH meeting. Shortly after that they set him up, doctored the 302's, and arrested him on a claim no one to that point had made about the interview. All that the day after they all but decided to drop the case until the 7th floor got involved and told them not too. The problems in this case run deep and broad and might sweep a lot of careers away if half what I've heard about it is true.

Nothing will happen to any of them, nothing at all. Everybody knows to much on each other, it will be another pimple on the ass of a two tiered justice system.

Legally, it is called seditious conspiracy and should be treated as such.
