I love my 20volt porter cable impact gun I got from lowes.

What's the ft lb torque on it? I want something 300 ft lbs or more. With a battery and charger for under $200.

The HF one won't even get tight lugs off. Not worth it.

The Amazon one, never heard of. Wouldn't waste my money on it.

If that's your budget, get a corded tool. Those batteries will only be good for a few years and the cheapies may not last that long. That means you'll only get a hanful of uses out of it before it's trash because the new batteries won't fit. Buy corded and deal with it, but keep it for life.

Forgive me I’ve been drinking. I thought you were talking about an impact driver. Not a impact gun. Mines just a driver. Not sure on torque but it does pretty good taking stuff apart and putting it together. If I was going to get an electric impact gun I’d get a corded one.

I've had good service from craftsmans 19.2v battery impact. It has 300 ft lb & leds built in.

Does it have to be battery powered like for portable reasons?
I have to second @bigfelipe. Corded or I would also add pneumatic. If you already have a compressor the air stuff works pretty good and you can get a decent one on the cheap.

I picked up a Makita w/2 batteries today for $119 (plus 10% off for showing DD214) @ Home Depot

My compressor isn't big enough to run an impact wrench. My neighbor has air tools and lets me bring my vehicles to his garage to use them but I hate doing that. I just ordered the Ridgid Gen5X. 18v 425 lb ft of torque. $159 with battery and charger. It also looks like it has a pretty good warranty.

Make sure you register for Ridgid's LSA.

I could have gone to Home Depot and bought the Gen5x they have in stock for $149 but that is the tool only. If you order the same tool online with free shipping to the store, you get the tool, battery and charger for $159.
