He’s only there cuz there’s a mating ball of copperheads under the seat.

Haha! That's just wrong.

A friend of a friend found this one in his child's toy car. Think about what could have happened!!!

Wow, that could have turned out really bad. Damn things get into some weird places.

That harmless little guy's your friend, he'll eat the mice that chew away at the wiring harness.
Along with that they're impervious to snake venom and eat poisonous snakes. This happened in NC.

Look closely here, you can see the CH being consumed (was on hike with girlfriend, creeped her out bigtime, lol)IMG_0940.JPG :

I like having black snakes around but every time one moves into my yard it winds up being hawk food.

I had one in the backyard last year that the dogs were barking at. I went out to look and that thing had to be at least 8' long. And thick as a firehose. Called the dogs in before it ate them. They are mini weiner dogs.

Yeah you let the black snakes live. I had one I used to pick up and move out of my way all the time.

Not because he was incapable of surviving on his own and needed a white man’s help but because he was harmless to me and took care of all the venomous ones. Not to mention the chipmunks and squirrels.

This guy was at the site I was working at today. The scientists were all freaking out. They got weirded out when I said, “aw, the poor little guy is just trying to get warm.”

My yard is full of these little guys. Can find em under just about everything you pick up, like a flower pot or under my kid's playhouse. Small (prob 8" long on average), gentle, and obviously not poisonous so I always let them be. 20180430_140910.jpg

We have very few snakes around here, likely because of the hawks & owls. If I find a non venomous snake, I just pick it up with a rake & relocate it to the brushy vacant lot behind us before my Dachshunds can pester it. A copperhead gets a dose of 12ga buckshot before my Dachshunds can pester it.

Fortunately, 'cos of the wiener dogs, we have no mice, blue-tailed skinks, or slow moving birds (the female's caught & killed 2 that I know of) to worry about, either.

Because of one outdoor cat we have a large colony of tail-less skinks. I think the little green guys are fast enough to stay out of reach.

My female Dachshund eats those skinks like pop corn. Not just the tails either, she brings me the damned things all the time. Ol' girl-dog is a killing machine.

Haven't seen any anoles around here, but have seen the odd snapping turtle or yellow-bellied slider. We've got a large pond behind us & a decent bit of woods in front, so there's never any telling what we'll see around here. Even saw a golden eagle once, about a half mile from the house.

Relocated two racers this week from the chicken coup gulping down eggs. Both have identifiable markings just behind the head. They get one chance and then..............

Had to dispatch this one today, dogs were after it and the last time they tangled with Mr No Shoulders it was a copperhead. Think this one would've put a bad hurting on them.

Hognose snake. Harmless. They will actually play dead if you harass them enough.
