eForms Trainwreck Today

I have been trying to certify a Form 1, on eforms, all afternoon.

This is a Form 1 SBR lower done online through silencershop with their Form1 Service and my Unlimited Single Shot Trust.

I have gone from Validation to Certification to Full Auto saying its paying for the stamp at least 30 different times. Each time, it either times out, crashes, or it says "Thanks for using eforms", and that's it.

BATFE has emailed me nine different times with verification codes. But, no matter what happens, Silencershop still says I need to certify...

This is ridiculous...

Holy Crap! It finally went through, on the 31st try...

Thank you God! That was the most frustrating thing I've done online in forever.

I just got an eforms email saying it's complete!

IIRC Wednesdays are maintenance days for the eForms site…. Could be mis-remembering though.

Any chance your name has a cadence? I have an Osprey 9 at Capitol I can't certify and a Mercy Pluto with Secundus that I can't certify due to my parents slapping a "II" at the end of my name. 🥲

Nope. No suffix on my name.

I saw the warning about that on the SilencerShop website.

Thankfully, mine finally went through!

Yeah, it sucks, but luckily I have enough new suppressors to keep me occupied for a bit. The additional ones are just the icing on top. Still, I suspect they will drag to feet to fix it since most people don't have a cadence/suffix.

Aaahh chit.. I started a can yesterday and got the certify error this morning. But it was just to fill out the 4473 info far as I can tell.
Fingers crossed that my "II" doesn't cause an issue.
It's always somethin.. 🙄 🤬
