Perhaps I should change my screen name to Nostradamus.
I highly doubt the company cared about the license endorsement or insurance requirements.. I still believe they needed it to be a motorcycle to ease up on emissions testing and crash testing (regardless of their claim of it having a *predicted* 5 star crash rating) . As a motorcycle, it doesn't HAVE to be crash tested.... as a car.... well... you get my point.
