So we haven’t had any that were visually appealing lately until tonight.

Fried egg, BLT on a plate served over cheddar cheese cauliflower “grits”.

The dressing is bacon drippings with red wine vinegar whisked into it.

My plate 2 minutes later. @Chdamn's Wife better get her butt home soon or I’m gonna eat hers.

Ordered this off amazon and it's my new favorite cooking oil.

They say you can use it in place of butter for things like mashed potatoes or popcorn. Give your popcorn a buttery beef flavor. I'll try that soon.

So far I just used a tsp I the cast iron pan to cook the eggs tonight. I can say it has a buttery and beefy flavor but it didn’t make the hard edges that butter does on fried eggs.

It appears to be shelf stable for the most part. Just says keep in a cool dry place.

Brings back memories of popping corn using lard!
 
Tonight we had Chinese 5 Spice chicken with prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

The prosciutto has a cream cheese, Parmesan, Dijon mustard spread on the inside.
