Ordered this off amazon and it's my new favorite cooking oil.
They say you can use it in place of butter for things like mashed potatoes or popcorn. Give your popcorn a buttery beef flavor. I'll try that soon.
So far I just used a tsp I the cast iron pan to cook the eggs tonight. I can say it has a buttery and beefy flavor but it didn’t make the hard edges that butter does on fried eggs.
It appears to be shelf stable for the most part. Just says keep in a cool dry place.

Soooo yummy!Tonight we had Chinese 5 Spice chicken wish prosciutto wrapped asparagus.
The prosciutto has a cream cheese, Parmesan, Dijon mustard spread on the inside.
