They're testing a BCG that doesn't require a buffer, and thus, no buffer tube. Which means folders without the complexity or cost of the Law Tactical folding stock adapter (though who knows how much EWS' proprietary BCG/spring setup will cost).

Haha no no, I am all for progress. I doubt Evo Weapon Systems is going to develop something as revolutionary over the roller locking setup as the jump from MP3 players to the iPod.

Depends. If they can develop a plug and play replacement that is reliable, roughly same (or less) recoil than current, and is attractively priced, this could be big. Even capturing a tiny % of AR market would be a huge amount of business.

So basically they made something similar to the SIG MCX? I understand how it can convert existing AR's to buffer-less rifles. But essentially it is about like a Sig MCX. They didn't invent the wheel they just made it more round..lol
