Limited access? Not that I'm aware of. Lol I have put many miles, err, kilometers on the autobahn while I was stationed in Germany. It was just like a normal interstate here, except people know to stay out of the left lane except pedal down. And then you better watch your rear view.

By limited access I mean ramp access and departure ā€¦ plus all the German laws you must follow on it or you get multiple citations. Hell, even BMW drivers over there know how to use turn signals to change lanes!

Iā€™d love to spend a day about 3/4 of the way down the longest straight away on the autobahn just to see and hear some of the fastest cars ever made at full rip.

Autobahn 3, between Nuremburg & Passau. Relatively straight & few urban areas in between. If ya wanna see the $$$$$ exotics & get your paint sucked off when they go by, ride the less urban Autobahns at 2 or 3 in the AM.

I've seen 155 mph & climbing on a bike on the Autobahn & man, stuff happens way too fast at that speed. It's neat to say ya done it, but way too stressful to be fun for very long. The occasional 130-140mph cruise is killer in the right car, but hard to do on the regular with the traffic density.

While we were on the roads almost daily for my week there, the longest of the drives was the one from Rammstein to Nurburg, about 3 hours each way.
Honestly, very few cars were flying. Sure, a few went by at about a hundred or so, but nothing wild.
And this was in early fall and the weather was great every day, so not cold tires and slick conditions. It's quite pedestrian.

While impressive, from what I've read, it goes about 226 in the standing mile. For nearly 3 million bucks. For me, I'd buy a Lambo, take it to my buddy at Under Ground Racing, and go faster in half the distance, lol, for a whole lot less money.

Been on the autobahn back in the 80's was going 120 and got passed by a Porsche 911 must have been doing 200 easy

Iā€™ve had good luck using low mileage filters from Pick Your Part. The filters from wrecked Bugattis save me money. šŸ¤“
 
Rented a Benz E- klasse with the 270hp, twin turbo diesel V6 when the missus came to visit me over there. 140+ mph & not even breathing hard, like riding in a bank vault in a cushion of air.

Wife thought we were rollin' 80 or so. She 'bout shit & went all Bill the Cat when she realized just how fast we were going šŸ˜†
