What are some of your favorite Shield 1.0 grip enhancements? They are pretty slippery when stock. Talon and Traction grips are the obvious choices but I was wondering if there is anything else I should try.

I have a some Brooks Tactical Agrips on one of my Glocks and it works very well. It is a felt type material that is very thin and hardly adds any bulk to your grip. Where it really shines is when your hands get a little wet or sweaty and the gun just sticks to your hand; its pretty amazing.

I put rubber Talons on my Shield and they were a big improvement. I now have a 2.0 and like the rough grip texture to the point that I'm switching my other guns to granulate Talons.

I put Talon rubber grips on my shield after their black Friday sale.
Planning to carry a 2.0 compact but not before adding the Talon grip to it as well. Don't want to have a raw spot on my side or t-shirts with holes in them from a super rough grip.

I used a sanding drum to remove the factory texture. Just FYI the m&p polymer is very hard and hard to work with. I much prefer Glock polymer.

I picked up a Hogue beaver tail grip sleeve and what a difference. It fills the palm nicely, which is what I like. Highly recommended.

I've been thinking the next upgrade I'll make to my Shield 2.0 will be...

convert it into a Sig P365. :D

The P365 looks like it could be a great pistol but I'll let others be the beta testers. That price is going to have to come down considerably, as well.
