Finally have gotten all the pieces and parts to put this together as a budget build.
Ceracoated Sniper Grey R700 LH action .308, barrel cut and threaded to 18".
Grayboe Phoenix hydrodipped (Kryptek Obskura Nox)

Triggertech Special trigger
Area 419 Hellfire muzzle brake
Area 419 20MOA scope base
American Rifle Company MBRACE X-Low scope rings
Vortex Viper PST GEN II 5-25X50 FFP EBR-7C MRAD
Comes in at 10lb 10oz with empty 10rd mag.
Still need a sling and bipod.
Need to work out the LOP, adjust the eye relief, level and sight in.
Overall pretty happy with how it turned out. Other than my budget build is north of $2K...š
