I made myself a poor man's Dvorak TriggerScan. It's a bit of a chore to get the pistols mounted securely, but it's rigid enough that I can rack the slides and get repeatable results. I threw my P320, Glock, and SP-01 (SA) to demo how easy it makes comparing triggers.

Glock 19 Gen3, Agency Trigger, Ghost Evo Connector, 6$ trigger spring, 4.5# Wolff Striker Spring
SP-01 Tactical - Full CGW Pro Kit (Single Action mode)
P320 gen2, GrayGuns Pelt2 Trigger

Everything got a full polish job.

Wow, nice work.

Very nice. What program are you using?

Whoa, just realized you are Earlan357 on IG.
Was just checking this out on IG last night. Been foloowing you for a bit. Really cool device.

Also, was looking at SP01. I've been wanting a CO gun, but don't want to spend Shadow money. Was thinking P10F, but been also thinking of an Sp01.
How is your trigger with the FPB? Also, is it a pain to deal with the FPB hole and optic? Finally, who did your cut and what plate is it? Thx man.

Like to see a J-frame Smith plotted against those three
Gotta figure out a way to mount my j-frame since it doesn't have a pic rail. The motor controller burns out before it can finish a double action pull and the loadcell is rated to 5kg or 11 lbs. I have a new lower amp motor and a 10kg loadcell on the way.

Nice work!
For some reason the YT vid wonā€™t play on my phone unless I allow them to track me

Trigger is okay, but the reset is about 4x longer than one without a FP block. I made the plate by cutting down a dovetail mount, then milled the slide myself. 4x m3 screws lock it down and a hole in the plate allows the fp block to pass thru. The bottom of the optic retains the FP block spring.

I have a P10F Optics Ready that's getting stippled right now. Hard parts is finding an RMR/SRO optic plate. As much as I like the all steel gun, my splits aren't that much shorter than my Glock 34 but I can definitely notice the weight difference during transitions. Feels like I'm over-muscling the gun. P10F ticks all the boxes for me since it's basically a Glock with better ergos and slick metal magazines. The new revisions took care of the early problems. I had 2 early P10Cs with the ambi-mag release so I was happy when they switched to a reversible mag release. I'm also developing a P10C stainless trigger spring. The cramped space makes design a challenge but my first prototype is going strong and drops the weight 12-14oz without changing the striker spring. I've sent a few out to some buddies for durability and longevity testing.

When my P10F gets back I'm gonna do a full stock vs polish vs CGW trigger comparison with my new trigger tester. Also going to chart different striker springs (OEM vs Glock Wolff 5.5# thru 4#) Striker springs don't just reduce the trigger pull weigh evenly throughout, they also change the curve of how the force ramps up, so this rig can highlight all of that.

Are those pistols pointed at you during the testing?

But, that is neat as heck, though.

Your chart reminds me a little of the program we use to monitor press in force for one of our products.

Can you configure it to do AR triggers? I have POF, Wilson Combat, CMC, and Jard triggers that could be compared/tested. I also have some DLC coated stock triggers.

Awesome. Good work on the plate and stuff.
Please "@" me if you happen to think of it when you post up info on your p10f project. It's like you are doing all the work for me, as there is not a lot out there on the F. So, thanks heh.

I have an TSO and a Tanfo Limited, and sometimes I miss the lighter CZ75 I had. Both my guns feel very heavy. Wanting to try lighter and striker, so I think I may go that way. From what I understand, the Holosun 507c and the RMR/SRO share the same footprint. I'm tempted to get the basic one and have it milled as these are the optics I'm interested in. The plates seem to blow out the day they come in!

****Update: 9/4/2019****

Made some tweaks:
New motor no longer overheats the controller.
A slimmer "finger" with a delrin roller for a smoother trigger pull.
Doubled the capacity of the load cell to 10Kg (22 Lbs)
Stiffer load-cell mount.
Stiffer pistol mount.
Program allows me to set max weight limit.
Can measure DA, SA, and Reset.

Videos are as exiting as watching grass grow so I sped it up 3x.

SP-01 Tactical w/ CGW Pro Kit, 11.5# Mainspring, "5" Thick Trigger.
The reason the weight is dropping is because the finger is moving straight back, but as the trigger rotates upward, the finger is in effect rolling down the trigger. The increased leverage makes it look like the weight is dropping.

Goes by FPB smoother than I would have guessed.
