First “real” cook on the Lang!!

Have done a few short cooks. Chickens, turkey, pineapple bowl, etc.

Did a cook today, to test the waters and such. Everything sold straight off the pit. Fired her up at 6. Butts on (8 total) at 730, low and slow at 235 or so. 8 turkey legs at 3. Last butt off at 530. Hickory with some oak mixed in. Not the same as my old school cinder block pit bit dang good. Pork butter.

Man, I hate to have you drive down the dirt road to get to me but you live on the reservation so I’m sure you’re familiar. We need to touch base.
