I think I've finally decided where I want to put the display case. I'm going to try and hang it this upcoming week. I'll post pictures then.
 
I bought 3 boxes of the Monarch 9mm steel case from Academy. I don't really need it, just grabbed it because it was 9.99. If anybody wants to buy it, or trade it for heavy grain .223 (68/69/75/77) .223 at lunch let me know.

We’re not hard to find. That’s for sure.
 
We're not the guys at the pool tables or in the bar area. They're the only other people there that early most of the time.
 
We'll be the group of distinguished ladies and gentlemen conversing in blued steel and walnut, with a a little SS and polymer thrown in.

There are currently two things on my work calendar for Friday. A 2.5 lunch appointment for me, and my boss’ first day on a 2-week Caribbean cruise. 😁

@GymB if you can make it bring the pistol buffer tube

@lowspeed one day left to put out the display case if you haven't yet

@Puddlejockey we'll be watching for the new guy that looks a little lost coming in the front door

Out of the dentist ahead of schedule, I'll be there. Hoping I can feel the right side of my face within the next hour so y'all don't have to watch me drool a burger out of my mouth.

So I finally got around to plucking the foam on my Harbour Freight Apache case. Looks pretty great in my opinion. The K31 and M1 Carbine get to room together since it helps simply packing the SUV on match days.

I'll spray plasti-dip on this once it warms up. The foam is a little fragile.

Probably. There's a house I want to buy that comes on the market on Friday. The plan is to be the first person in the home to verify the condition is as expected, no cat piss or any surprises, and put in my offer.
Hopefully that can happen before lunch, or after. It'd be really great to meet you, but I've got to get away from my deadbeat neighbors so the house is the priority. Hopefully I get to do both.
