First gun I bought by myself

Lefever Nitro Special 12 Guage. Took this photo in January, I had bought it the previous day not long after I turned 18 and shot a soda bottle. The day after taking this I killed my first two rabbits using it.

Ah that reminds me of getting my first double. Stevens 311 in 20ga. Loves it so much I went on to get one in 12ga and 410ga. Those are 3 guns I absolutely regret selling. Trust me when I say, do not sell that gun!!! Years from now you’ll be sitting around talking with your buddies and remember the day you got the gun and first time you took her hunting and she put some meat on the table. Congrats, she’s a good looking shotgun.

Haha yep. I was going to get a Maverick 88 or something because of the low price, bur SXS have such a beautiful look to them I didn't mind spending a bit extra

I've got a pump and a bullpup mag fed shotgun but I still crave a nice old fashioned coach gun.
