I bought the Karken Spice Rum a couple years ago when I walking through Costco ABC shop. The selling rep was saying that it is a great marinade so I bought it. Fast forward 3 years and a few bottles I decided to try it as a marinade for some chicken breast and center cut pork chops. Been in the freezer.
