Now you've got me thinking about my bumper build. F-250, 16.5ti winch, 1/4" thick mount and a sheet of 3/16" plate. I have everything but time.

Nope.....rustoleum "hammered" rattle can. Turned out great....we'll see how it holds up.

No, just the lower side of the bumper with holes punched for air flow.
