Picked up one of these today. Have been wanting one for awhile and I came across one on sale for $799; hopefully I can run some rounds through it tomorrow. Already have a Holosun 508 on order for it and I’ll top it off with Cloud Defense’s pistol light whenever it hits the market.

I've always liked the FN handguns. I had an FNP-40 back in the day, never any complaints. A lot of bang for the buck in the FN pistols when you consider how much is immediately swapped/upgraded on something like a Glock.

Exactly. It’s an expensive pistol for sure, but if you compare it to an MOS Glock or something similar, after you add a threaded barrel and suppressor height sights you be in for a least this much.

Try one with an Apex trigger and Mcarbo springs. That has become my standard configuration on my 509s (have 3 now)

Agree, like the way the grip feels in my hand, got a deal on a police trade FN 40L.

I will definitely look into that. Stock trigger is ok, but it could certainly be better.
