S.A. – -(Ammoland.com)- A Freedom of Information Act Request filed with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Monday seeks presentation and other materials proving bureau decisions to reclassify firearm accessories as machineguns were political and contrary to statutory law, technical evaluations and advice of legal counsel. The request was filed by Stamboulieh Law, PLLC, on behalf of firearms designer Len Savage, President, Historic Arms, LLC.

I've never desired to own a bump stock, I mean why when you can bump fire without one.
But, the alphabet boys reached across the isle to get them classified as machineguns.
I would like to know who signed off on that and based on what evidence, or was it speculation?

All of the ATF bullspit uncovered through a FOIA request following Obama's 7N6 ban, did nothing to reverse course.

Transparency is good, but I'm afraid all any newfound info will do is make us angry folks even angrier.
