Since I've found more ways to spend time in the reloading shop with my newfound appreciation of seating depth being a major factor, I'm looking into a 'precision' seating die. Precision dies are stupid expensive- like $100/caliber.
I am intrigued by the Frankford Arsenal die- usually around $80, but on sale on Amazon for $60. And- it does any seating from 223 to 3-something. For me, my rounds I load for precision are .223, 308 and 300 BO, so I'm covered- and not dropping $300 on dedicated dies.
Has anyone given it a try?
