I was cleared by the surgeon 2 weeks back from my hernia repair. It's slow going, but I'm getting back into a formal, regimented training schedule again.
It's take some personal motivation to get off the recliner, but I'm exercising 6 days/week again. Alternating cardio days with weight routine days (swam 1600m today).
I'm sore and tired, but love being active again!
I'm registered for a 10 mile trail race on May 5th and am looking for more trail events.
Watch out! I'm back!!!
