I was browsing the forum over at "Ed's Gun Shop" and found the following picture... I googled it and it is true, although I couldn't find an official link from Glock. If you don't know, Blue Label offers some super deep discounts on Glocks for LE and active duty Mil. For one week only, we honorably discharged (but not retired) vets can get the same cheap Glock pricing...Glock Blue Label Vet Deal.JPG

Does anyone know whether blue label pricing is the same regardless of dealer? For example, is a blue label gen 4 G17 the same price at Ed's and/or any other dealer you go to?

It is my understanding that the price is universal as long as the dealer participates in the glue label program.

Thanks. Ed usually will not post Blue Label prices on his forum, but since this will affect many people, I asked if he would for this event. We will see. Don't really need another gun, and am not familiar with BL prices, but if it is a really good deal, I wouldn't mind a G17.

There is a gun shop close to Lowe's motor speedway in concord that does blue label and yes I believe the price varies a From dealer to dealer. I talked to point blank and they were 25.00 higher than the place at the speedway. For the life of me I cannot remember the name right now. I understand it doesn't help you on the other side of the state but just Incase anyone in this area is interested.

I am not familiar with Blue Label pricing either... I always knew it existed but I never inquired much because I wasn't active LEO and knew I wouldn't get the special pricing.

I don't even want another Glock. But when I saw this picture, I said to myself, "I'll buy one if the price is THAT good." I don't even know what I would buy...

Anyway, I just walked into my LGS. My buddy, who I have bought lots of guns from in the last year, said that he is not allowed to participate in the Blue Label Program. He said that he applied for the program but Glock turned him down because there were already too many other Blue Label registered gun stores within a certain radius of his store.

But he did tell me that Blue Label pricing is universal and that HE THINKS it's $150 off the MSRP of any Glock. Then he told me to call Glock and ask if that's true or not.

Even if it is true, I'm not sure that $150 off MSRP is a good enough deal to make me buy a Glock JUST to buy a Glock. You know what I mean?

Just looked on glockmeister.com. And I am just guessing they are msrp. Don't know for sure. They list a gen 4 G17 as $499. If I could get one for $350 I'd be all over it like white on rice!

My BL 19 was 425 w/3mags

Everywhere Ive ever seen it was $425 like sdiver says he paid. Even at Hyatts in Charlotte, which is one of the most overpriced shops in both the Carolinas

Blue label prices are unfortunately a suggestion from Glock. Some dealers sell them at the suggested prices and some done. GT Distributors posted above does use actual Blue Label for most of the prices I’ve checked there but they won’t ship to NC. For anyone in the western end of the state, Smokefoot Pawn in Morganton does. I bought my Gen 5 17 there for $425.

The prices aren’t a set discount. $425 is the price for the 9mm/40/357 guns. 45/10mm/MOS/Competition guns (34/35/40/41) are all higher but still discounted. The 42/43 are a bit less. The 19X is strangely high at $565 or something. I’ve got a price list saved somewhere I can find if people want it.

Also, you can join GSSF (Glock Shooting Sports Foundation) and get a card to buy a Glock at Blue Label every year you’re a member. That’s what I did. If you join for a year you don’t get the card until the end of the year but if you do the 2 year membership or higher they’ll send it to you immediately. You also get a little swag (I got some patches and a pistol rug I think) and can participate in the GSSF matches held across the country.

*edit* found a link: http://www.gssfonline.com/gssf_pistol_purchase_program_information.pdf
I was wrong above. $410 for Gen3/4 and $425 for Gen 5.
$340/380 for the 42/43
$491 for 45/10mm models
$489.50 for MOS models
$497 for 34/35 (non-Gen 5)
Etc...

Before I buy a new one, anyone selling a Gen4 G35 MOS?
While I am not sure $425 is a good enough price to get me to buy a gun I have no real need for, based on the prices I see people ask on several BST's, and considering that the warranty is not transferable, if you are looking for something specific, I would go with a new gun using this BL opportunity.

Primary issue is I didn't serve, so I don't see how I can get that deal.

Join GSSF for 2 years for $60, get your first coupon in a week or 2, save ~$200 or so combined.

Then you get to buy two blue label Glocks! Hahahaha. One for each hand.

Don't understand why prices are good for honorably discharged vets, but not retirees. Kind of a slap in the face.

Retired Military are already eligible for blue label pricing. Just need your credentials showing you’re retired military and you get it any time you want. This is just an extension for people that aren’t normally eligible for the program. No slap in the face.

Learn something every day... And there are 3 participating dealers near me. Now I just have to decide if I want a flock and come up with money lol.
