Totally anecdotally, both my gen 4 G26 and a friend's gen 5 G26 have the "best" OEM triggers out of our groups collection of Glocks. I really why the G26 seems "better" than all the rest? Something someone needs to test! :)

Funny because my gen4 G26 has the worst trigger of all my Glocks. The closest thing I have to a gen5 is a G43 but the trigger does feel cleaner than the gen3/4. I think it has to do with the FP plunger being a ramp instead of a round button with sharper edge profile. I also hypothesized it had something to do with the new trigger spring being in compression instead of tension, and a different force vector on the connector tab. A while back I swapped a gen5 housing and trigger bar into my gen4 19, but didn't notice any difference. May have to revisit that experiment on the rig.
