I am fairly certain I have everything. Could an expert tell me what I am missing here.

I think I need a trigger spring as well.

A buddy of mine built a P80 last week, then took it to the range and shot 100rds, then brought it to my house to show it off.

Within 4 seconds of holding it, I said, "Where's your front sight?"

He said, "What are you taking about? "

    It was gone....

Put some purple lock tight on that thing.

    Haha

Slide release is wrong. You need the three pin version.

I don't see the striker safety plunger and spring.

ETA: maybe it is there standing on end. Small screen sucks.

Geez, did you go buy each part? You know they have kits, right? And usually it's cheaper. Go look at a upper and lower parts kit list and compare to see what's missing. I agree the trigger block and the mag release spring stand out. And the liner tool is technically not a part.
You going to mill, clip or grind?

It looks like a CL frame, so the little spring next to the rear rail is the slide lock spring.

Take it by Battery Oaks. @BatteryOaksBilly can have that thing ground, polished, and ready for you to drill the holes in no time.

I'd love to but Conway is a bit of a haul for me at the moment.
