Old Bear, is a 'Graduate' of the Battery Oaks. He has his own condo on the grounds and for reasons known to only him, brings his own towels when overnighting. The Bear is a good man and can defend himself if called on. He is an asset to any gathering.

This should read, old bear is lucky enough to be welcome at Battery Oaks, and brings his own towels as old bear NEVER wants to impose on Good Friends. Old bear is also very fond of the mistress of Battery Oaks cooking.
