GoPro POV of a mission in Ukraine

What was the weapon the Hispanic volunteer had? The bullpup?

It really bothers me to see two Americans and a French guy there. Mercenaries I assume. Still, they have no business being there.
It sounds like they were volunteers but yeah I agree with you

They’re not fighting under the US Flag and they’re there of their own free will, what’s the difference?

While I dont want USA involved, I dont care if an individual goes and fights for what they believe. And you shouldnt either.
I tend to agree with you in this case but devil’s advocate….I would care if they went to join ISIS. I wouldn’t want them let back in the country.

A man should be free to do as he chooses, but also understands the consequences of his actions.
I think it's hard to compare a country were sort of allied with (I mean, we are giving billions of dollars to) to a terrorist organization. But your point is valid

That’s a very poor example. ISIS is an enemy of the United States and has declared Jihad against us. So going to fight for them or going to fight with Ukraine is not even remotely comparable.

Purely my opinion, but the reason they shouldn't be there is because the US shouldn't have anything to do with this "war". They, once captured, will also be used as political pawns. The guy filming has obviously been all over as he says he was just in Iraq. Was he just a volunteer there too? Seems to be that's a contractor/mercenary. I also agree he can be there if he wants. I'm just saying I believe it's a stupid move.

I agree that they have the right to go and fight for what they believe in but this is still a proxy war (I haven't figured out just yet who the good guys and the bad guys are?) with the US throwing billions of dollars to the Ukrainian scumbags so they can fight the Russian scumbags. At least they aren't sending the money to Florida. But for those who decide on their own free will to go and fight and get blown up, taken prisoner, or killed don't expect me to feel sorry for 'em.

FIFY

We caused this war to happen. So a few people doing soldier things is not a issue in the grand scale of things.

Hell,
The whole point of the last ten years of NATO Exercise's STEADFAST JACKAL where to deploy and support this war.

There are a lot of Americans over there volunteering, in combat units, training, volunteering for health care organizations and NGOs. I don't have an issue with it.

Edited to add, there are also American uniformed guys over there, too.

Yep pretty much a certainty CIA and Spec Ops guys are in there

Just like the Americans who enlisted in the British and Canadian military prior to Pearl Harbor?

Everyone pretty well knew that we would get involved in the European war. Our Navy was already battling the Germans (with dead sailors to boot) in the North Atlantic (protecting convoys to England) before any declaration of war. And Germany declared war on us first.
