Got indignified today

I made an appointment with Costco Tire Center to have the tires rotated today at 10:00am. Got there at 10:00 sharp and went straight to the drop off counter. Nobody was in front of me. Two ladies in their sixties were waiting behind a gentleman at the other counter yelled there's a line here. I was immediately ashamed and backed off so they can get ahead of me at the drop off counter. Shortly a Costco guy called "next" and they were helped. Turned out they didn't have an appointment and they don't read too well either. This bothered me a whole 5 minutes until I found sanctuary in the well stocked toilet paper section.

Tire clerk should have asked who has an appointment. Most likely you would have let them go ahead because you are a good guy.
