3-part mini series that airs Mon-Wed next week (starts 5/25). I think they’re 2 hours each, already set the DVR.

Figured it would at least be something I could have on during day and semi pay attention to while working.

Im interested in watching it
But to say underappreciated President...eh

Looking forward to it. The 3-part Washington was pretty good. I'm finishing John Adams now on Amazon.

Was that the miniseries called Adams with Paul Giamatti? That was pretty good. I saw it a few years ago. I didn’t know they did a Washington. I’m a big fan of Jefferson so hope they cover him.

Yeah, that's the one, the HBO miniseries.

History Channel did the Washington, it was 3 2-hour episodes. It was pretty good, especially looking at all the troubles he had during his administration.

History Channel

I’m watching it on DirecTV, but it’s available on multiple platforms.

I am going to watch it, however, I feel like it is going to be tilted to look like he was a walk on water savior. Sent to save the union from the evil, and demonic southerners.

I just read Grant by Ron Chernow. "History" from the History Channel is, at best, shallow and often slanted. Sometimes it is superficial. Take the series for what it is: television entertainment, not history.

Just finishing the series up. I think it did a pretty good job of showing his faults and issues. I thought it was a fair representation of the South, and of Lee.

Now I'd like to see the same type of show on Lee.
