Welcome neighbor. I'm relatively new to Pickens County. The only place I know of is the DNR range in Pickens off Brazealle Rd. It's limited to 100 yards and yes, it's a bit restrictive.

I got a membership over in Elberton GA (sixty something miles) to be able to reach out to 400. If you find something closer, by all means let me know.

Cedar Creek Range...up 28 from Walhalla. It's on Google maps. 100 yard. Sumter National Forest federal land. 5 tables covered. Netting at 25, 75, 100 yards. Not monitored, but gets too busy for me and not suitable for one on one instruction. That's why I'm looking for a backwoods area. Good luck to you...
