So in early December I picked up a 22" Blackstone Adventure Griddle after hearing several friends rave about them saying "I'll never buy a regular grill again". It comes with its own legs or it can be used on a table.
After seasoning, so far I've cooked:
-Oklahoma onion smash burgers that were amazing!!!!!!
-bacon and hash browns
-onions/peppers and chicken thighs for homemade Chipoltes
-Seared a pork loin for roasting
Does anyone have any favorite recipes they like to cook?
Up next are steaks, cheese steak beef & chicken,
